What time is the check-in and check-out at Aloft Brussels Schuman?
You can check-in from 3 PM onwards. We cannot guarantee availability of our rooms should you arrive before this time, but we will do our best to place it at your disposal as quickly as possible. Our standard check-out time is before 12 PM. Late check-out until 3 PM is possible upon request and upon availability.
Does Aloft Brussels Schuman have internet facilities?
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel, so you can stay in touch with friends and family or take care of business anytime during your stay.
Does Aloft Brussels Schuman offer day use rooms?

At what time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 6 AM to 10 AM (11 AM on Saturday and Sunday). You can choose between our Grab & Go breakfast or buffet breakfast.
• Grab & Go breakfast for €6,50 per person: choose 3 items among our wide selection
• Buffet breakfast for €14,50 per person: make a balanced and healthy meal out of your breakfast by choosing self-service what you want in our buffet, now including poached eggs and muffins.
How can I park my car and what are the costs?
Parking is available next to Aloft Brussels Schuman for €25 per day on weekdays and for €12.50 per day during the weekend, starting from Friday night. Please note that the hotel does not have the possibility to reserve a parking spot.

How can I pay a stay in advance at Aloft Brussels Schuman for myself or a third party?
To pay a stay in advance (for you, for a third party or as a present) at Aloft Brussels Schuman, please use our credit card form available for download here. This form can only be sent via fax to this number +32 2 710 83 63 and a maximum charges of €1,500 are allowed per credit card. Please note that the guest's full name and reservation number will be required to complete the form.
How many people can be accommodated in a room?
Aloft Brussels Schuman does not accept more than 2 people per room for security reasons. Therefore, we cannot add extra beds to the rooms.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those of ages 18 years and older (with valid identification only).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
No butts about it! Our hotel is completely non-smoking. The use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers is prohibited too. Smoking anywhere on our premises is prohibited and results in an additional penalty cost of €250. We kindly invite you to our designated smoking area on Level 0 in front of the main entrance of the hotel.
For each reservation a charge of €50,- Security Deposit + City tax per person per day is charged as deposit upon arrival. This can be paid either by a Credit Card authorization or cash.
Third Party Credit Card
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a credit card authorization form prior to the guest's arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.
Prepaid and non-refundable reservations
Upon arrival, the guest should present credit card used to make the reservation on the booking website together with a valid ID. The guests' name will be checked to see whether it is the same as their ID and the name on the credit card presented. The credit card will be used as guarantee for any extra’s. If the guest cannot present the same credit card as originally charged, the original credit card will be refunded and the guest will be charged for the total room rate on the credit card which has been presented by the guest upon check in.
The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company. This must be arranged prior to the guest's arrival.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Due to liability, the hotel is unable to organize a babysitting service.
For safety reasons, the hotel can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests per room. This is also applicable for guests traveling with children.
Guests may bring maximum 1 small pet along with them in their room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and other public areas in the hotel. Please note: the allowed maximum weight of a pet is 15kg.
Standard check-in time is from 3 PM onwards. An early check-in can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed by the hotel as this is subject to availability. However, you can reserve the night prior to your arrival to guarantee your room upon check-in.
Standard checkout time is before 12 PM. A late checkout can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed by the hotel as this is subject to availability. An additional fee of €10 per hour will be charged between 12 PM and 6 PM. After 6 PM, a full night stay will be charged at the best available rate of that day.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel accepts travelers checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Rooms Policy
Connecting rooms are available but cannot be guaranteed but can be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
Reservations on prepaid rates cannot be amended without losing the full deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.
